documents are required for your loan package. Here is
a listing of items you will need to collect and have ready to process
a mortgage loan
.
On your first
visit to let us pre-qualify you, please bring:
- A recent
pay stub
- A listing
of your debts and payments
At the time
of your actual loan application, we will need the following items:
- Purchasing
- original executed offer to purchase (sales contract)
- Refinancing
- copy of deed
- Pay stubs
covering the most recent 30-day period
- W-2s
for the last 2 years
- If self-employed:
2 years tax returns both personal & business, year-to-date
profit & loss statement and balance sheet
- Most recent
3 months bank statements on all checking, savings accounts, and
certificates of deposit
- Most recent
statement on retirement accounts, 401(k), pension plans, stock
accounts, mutual funds (if using these funds for closing costs)
- Residence
address past 2 years (landlord address & phone number)
- Names, addresses,
account numbers, balances & monthly payments on all open loans
- Address of
other real estate owned and loan information
- Address,
account number, phone number of mortgage company (if refinance)
- Copy of separation
agreement and final divorce (if applicable)
- If selling
a previous residence, a copy of the executed sales contract
- A check for
the appraisal fee and credit report
