Position:                Investment Representative – Full time

Location:              T.B.D.

Description: Responsible for the sales and distribution of investment products such as mutual funds, annuities, stocks and bonds to satisfy customer needs.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

·Knowledge of mutual funds, annuities, stocks, and bonds

·Strong selling skills

·Strong decision-making skills

·Excellent Interpersonal skills

·Proficient computer skills including MS Office

·Be detail oriented

·Possess initiative and drive being highly organized and a self-starter

·Ability to interface effective and professionally with customers and all levels of Bank personnel.

·Ability to perform responsibilities with discretion and sound judgment.

·Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public.

·Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports

·Ability to work with and maintain confidential information

·Strong mathematical skills

·Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or two year’s related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.   

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:                              

·Possess a minimum current series 7, series 65, VA Life, Accident and Health Insurance designation securities license.

·Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to branches and customer appointments.

Position:              Business Development Officer – Full time

Location:              Crossroads Office

Description: Build relationships with commercial customers of the Bank for the purpose of providing

                                advice and recommendations on the customer’s operational financial management,                                      including cash flow, investments, available banking products, meeting lending needs,                                    examining, evaluating, and approving lines of credit and providing overall financial                                           advice to the commercial customer.



Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

· Knowledge of lending regulations, lien laws, collection/bankruptcy regulations and loan documentation. 

· Knowledge of real estate field, including appraisals, deeds, and lien recording.

· Proficient skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.

· Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.

· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

· Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

· Ability to effective present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruptions. 

· Ability to present a professional image in dealing with customers and employees.


Education and/or Experience:

· Any combination of education and related experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or other related field.

· Prior related experience preferred.   


Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:                      

· Registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry as a mortgage loan originator in accordance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE Act) or becomes registered.

· Current driver’s license to travel to prospective customers’ place of business and to meet with current customers.
